Really can't speak highly enough of the basement unit, but even more of the host Jed. Accommodating and personable! Very easy process, great communication, unit was as described, and very welcoming to it and his home. I had a snag with my next stay due to the FIFA bookings in Seattle... and was able to extend my stay another 2 weeks. Would 100% rebook in the future or recommend for others!

5/5 STARS!!! I stayed in this furnished basement unit in Queen Anne for a few months. This unit is a great option for traveling healthcare workers or anyone needing a short-term, furnished stay. Its reliable, well-managed, and thoughtfully set up with the essentials. Id recommend it to someone looking for a quiet, practical place in a good neighborhood. Jed was responsive and easy to communicate with. He is professional, reachable by text/phone/email, and followed up after move in to make sure everything was working properly. The unit was clean upon move-in, and it was clear he had prepared thoughtfully for short-term renters. The neighborhood itself is quiet, especially compared to busier parts of Seattle. Very manageable for sleep-even with an early hospital schedule. The locks were secure and exterior lighting made coming home at night feel comfortable. The neighborhood also feels safe, which is a big plus for anyone working late or overnight shifts. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
