Renae is literally the most kind human ever- I moved to New Mexico alone for a 6 week rotation for PA school and really didn't know what to expect- as a girl of course I was nervous to find a place that made me feel comfortable and safe. not only did I get that, but I gained a friendship with Renae who was there in an instant for anything I needed and at any time of day! The house was extremely clean and organized and fully furnished from bedding, towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and even laundry detergent for that first few days of moving in. she even picked up a ton of magazines and pamphlets of things to do in New Mexico for me to look at! I highly recommend this place for anyone especially those who are doing a short term stay because she makes it soooo convenient for you - 100/10!!!!

Overall I would recommend this rental as a travel nurse. The place is clean, the property manager is responsive and so nice, and the location is great- right off the freeway. One thing- the smaller room is at the front of the property, outside the kitchen/living space so working night shift it can be a little noisy depending on the roommates.

Perfect Spot for Traveling Healthcare Workers

I stayed at Renae's property for two months and it was immaculate. It is well located within 10 minutes of two of the major hospitals in Las Cruces. Renae was a great host who was communicative and welcoming, she always responds quickly. Thank you Renae the place was great and I can't recommend it enough!
