The property is cozy and very clean. TV's in each room, and will feel like home. Washer and Dryer are in the basement, where there are 2 other bedrooms if needed. Warms up quickly in the winter and cools quickly in the summer. Lawn service comes twice a month in the summer. Front of the house faces the street, but it is much more convenient to enter through the driveway rear door.
