Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. There was a strong cigarette smoke odor in the bedroom and bathroom. The downstairs thermostat was locked at 75°F, which I was not informed of before booking, while the upstairs unit was set to 86°F. With outdoor temperatures around 98°F, the house was uncomfortable. When I lowered the upstairs temperature, I was contacted about the electric bill and later told to sleep in the living room because it was cooler. There were also maintenance concerns. Smoke detectors beeped every 1520 seconds, including one outside my bedroom, and were not addressed. The kitchen had no hot water, and the shower was only lukewarm. I also found cobwebs, spiders, and food crumbs on the floors., kitchen drawers and dirty dishes in cabinet. The exterior light switches were eventually taped over with duct tape, after I was told the lights had to remain on! The location was excellent, but based on my experience, I would not stay here again.
