Infested with roaches

Renters beware! This property is infested with roaches! My coworker arrived to the property 9/22/2025 and upon his arrival he was greeted by over 50 roaches! I arrived on 9/28 and continued to see roaches! Jorge Castaneda did call a pest control company but their efforts were no match for the amount of roaches in this place! After speaking with Jorge about this issue he decided he needed to come to the house the next morning to set traps which was fine by us! However Jorge didnt just set traps he put poison all over the kitchen floor & counter. Now mind you I had a dog with me and if the poison is strong enough to kill roaches who knows what it could do to a dog? We stated that this place was unfit to live and found a new place on 10/3/2025 so my dog and I were at the property for less than a week! Jorge was nice enough to not only keep the entire months rent but also my $500 pet deposit lastly the house is in a very rough area with tons of crime!
