The bright and airy living space is designed for comfortable short-term and longer-term stays.

The gas fireplace (with remote!) provides toasty ambience throughout the Minnesota winter (and fall... and spring...!). The television includes Xfinity cable and access to guests' streaming services. WiFi is included. The bar at the kitchen island provides a dining spot and a place to keep the cook company.

The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped by someone who loves to bake and cook. A variety of pots and pans, bakeware, utensils, small appliances, and food storage items are provided.

Guests are provided with a variety of coffee pods, a starter amount of regular ground coffee, an assortment of teas, and an assortment of sweeteners. Also provided are olive oil, salt, pepper, and a variety of cooking spices.

Guests have access to a variety of countertop appliances, including a Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker, and multicooker.

Ample closet space with two closets and plenty of drawer and hanging space.

All linens are pristinely clean and very soft. If requested, fragrance-free products will be used to prepare the guest space.

The full-sized murphy bed can be stored and the space used as a dedicated office.

Desk area with outlet for a dedicated workspace, if desired.

Ample closet space for additional guests.

Frosted pocket doors offer separation from the second bedroom to provide privacy for sleeping or work.

A hairdryer and extra towels are provided. Forget something? A variety of essentials such as an extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, sanitary products, and basic first aid supplies are provided.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. An unopened bar of Dove soap is also provided for each stay.

The well-insulated laundry room is conveniently located adjacent to the guest space.

Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities. Starter amounts of detergent and fabric softener are provided, and fragrance-free products are available.

View from entry area to the lower landing where the guest suite entry is located. The back door is shared by the main floor and the lower level guest suite, but guests and the homeowner have separate living spaces.

Guests are welcome to relax on the back patio. (This area is shared, but we usually stay inside if we see guests enjoying the space.)

There is space for off-street parking for one vehicle in the driveway and garage space for one vehicle is available. The garage is secure and offers ample storage for personal bikes and other outdoor equipment guests might wish to bring.

Highly Recommend Staying Here

We had a wonderful experience renting this apartment for the past few months. Heather was absolutely amazing. She made us feel comfortable and welcome from the very beginning, and she was always available whenever we needed anything. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and even baked us delicious food, which made our stay feel even more special. The apartment was extremely clean, well cared for, and located in a great area. Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. We are very grateful to Heather for being such a fantastic landlord and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

Clean and beyond comfortable stay in Minneapolis

I had an amazing stay at Heather's place. Check in was easy and straightforward and the instructions were super clear. The parking space was amazing - worrying about and paying for parking is always an annoyance so it was nice to have that space. Checking in to the house was easy with the codes clearly provided. Feels secure. The space was so clean and well organized, and we could tell so much thought and intention was put into the place from the softness of the towels and bedding to the snacks, water and coffee to the information on how to adjust the shower and things to do in the area if you’re not from there. Great location too - not far from the airport, uptown or whatever else you're up to in Minneapolis. Heather's snacks are phenomenal too! 10/10 recommend staying here over a hotel/other options! We'll be staying here again when in Minneapolis for sure. Thanks, Heather and Harper!
