The single family home is updated and well taken care of. My favorite part is the huge deck overlooking the big yard for sunsets, morning coffee, or a fire pit. Oakhurst is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood walkable to amenities and a quick drive to most of Charlotte including medical centers and the airport.
