Indoor Surveilance/Locked out/Homeless
I cannot recommend renting this room based on my experience. After paying $1,200 for July rent, I was locked out of the home after raising concerns about multiple indoor cameras and audio recording in common areas. Despite repeated attempts, the homeowner did not respond to me or the police. My prescription medications, CPAP machine, work scrubs, clothing, food, personal documents, and other belongings remained inside. Being unable to access essential medical equipment and medications created a serious health concern. Rather than force entry, I chose to pursue legal remedies. If you're considering this rental, ask detailed questions about indoor surveillance, privacy, access to the property, and how disputes are handled. This review reflects my personal experience and is intended to help others make an informed decision.
