Cozy, colorful , & centrally located!

We stayed at April’s lovely townhome from February through September 2025 while we were remodeling our house. This townhome is light and bright, beautiful wood floors, en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms, and a really convenient kitchen and dining area. The living room and back patio are spaces we loved to hang out. April’s energetic décor stands out; this is not your millennial gray AirbnB! Her cozy and colorful approach creates such a lovely environment -- coming home to it is a pleasure. The location is incredible, so centrally located in the city. It’s easy to walk to the stadiums, Capital Hill, First Hill, downtown, and many parks! Close to easy public transit -- bus routes and the Seattle trolley car. We even picked up a new health habit – the F45 gym a short walk away! April is a stellar landlord -- warm, responsive, and a total professional. We thank her so much for accommodating us during our remodel. Our stay was truly a joy, we would highly recommend April and her townhome!
