Excellent choice
Rented for 2 months while in Miami. Clean, quiet, and a very convenient location. Owner was always quick with communication and helpful. Strong recommendation.

Cozy Studio, Ideal for Work or Play
We had a fantastic stay at Conrad's place. From the moment we arrived, Conrad and his wife were incredibly welcoming and made every effort to ensure that the studio was sparkling clean, cozy, and fully equipped with all the essentials. On top of that, we couldn't have asked for more attentive and responsive hosts, quickly answering our texts and providing help during our stay. The studio is in a quiet residential neighborhood with convenient access to the highway -- perfect for enjoying Miami while staying away from the touristy hubbub. Highly recommended place to stay for work or play!

Wonderful stay!
This was the best decision ever! Beautiful place LARGE BACKYARD, convenient location, and within walking distance to beautiful park. The owners are tremendously kind and supportive and I highly recommend this place to anyone! Will definitely book again!
