I had a 3 month lease with Nordel, the landlord, at his newly renovated property. He was professional, accommodating, communicated well, not overbearing, quick to address concerns and questions; while maintaining patience, grace, and understanding. The newly renovated property was depicted accurately, clean, accommodating, and without any short comings in amenities. While I was the first tenant; Nordel sought out other tenants who all maintained the house rules, respected my space and property and also communicated well. Nordel’s ability to discover and locate respectful and honest tenants is what really made this stay, truly refreshing. If my situation hadn’t changed, I would’ve renewed my contract, without hesitation.
