We have a beautiful 4.3 acre property and this apartment is located in the basement of our almost 4000 square-foot home. It has been completely renovated over the last year. We are still working on the driveway in the yard. there are brand new countertops and fixtures as well as completely updated light fixtures.

This beautiful one bedroom apartment has an eat in kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, large bedroom with lots of closet space, beautiful living room, nice screened in porch, and storage under the stairs. Our yard is still under construction as we are planning to get the driveway redone and we are in the process of planting grass.

Marietta apartment
I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment owned by Peggy and Corey. It is extremely spacious, clean, and with great amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
