This property is considered a Single-Family Home, which is approximately 1300 square feet, and is a 3 bedroom, and 2 bath home. There will possibly be other tenants whom will also live on site. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis subject to my approval and other Furry Tenants i.e. Dogs. occupying my home. All Tenants will be able to use the Kitchen and Laundry amenities.
