This is a sweet older style Casita with two bedrooms and a large central room. I am renting the smaller bedroom which is closer to the bathroom and kitchen, I am occupying the other bedroom. It is set at the back of a small garden with green lawn to sit in the sun. The units are arranged in a U shape and enclosed with a small gate which adds to the privacy.
