Large upstairs private bedroom with TV, desk, and loveseat. Private bathroom across the hall. Shared living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen with laundry in the basement. This property is a steal as the owner is only in the property one to two weekends per month - otherwise the entire house is private!!! Tenant must be able to navigate steep/uneven stairs.

Small urban neighborhood central to 5 hospitals - Childrens Mercy, University Health, Kansas University, Research Medical, St. Lukes Plaza. Our neighborhood is historic, diverse and mixed income, walkable, and reasonably safe for city living. We have good neighbors and have a private drive as well as ample street parking. Extra storage is limited, but the room has 2 closets.
