Spacious and quiet. Plenty of room to cook and a dining area to enjoy. Water heater, A/C, and heat work great. Lots of natural light, and beautiful scenery. Back deck with a grill for nice weather. Wifi will be updated later this year. Currently shared with a neighbor, and works best in the living/dining room.
Space
Spacious living area and upstairs "play room" (with musical instruments!). Sleeps 5 comfortably if 2 share the queen beds. Master bedroom opens to back deck (also accessible from outside). Carport fits one car, with plenty of additional driveway parking. House is furnished and stocked with necessities (linens/towels, cookware, etc). Tile floors downstairs with carpet upstairs. Lots of natural light.
Neighborhood overview
Quiet neighborhood in the hills of Bella Vista. Frequent visits from deer, all kinds of birds, and the occasional armadillo or family of raccoons. 20 minute drive to downtown Bentonville, 25 to downtown Rogers. 5-7 minutes to I-49. Lovely scenery.
