Great location, close to downtown and everything you could need or want. This is in the Historic Lake Daniel neighborhood. The bike and walking trails start across the street. Bring your bike! You won't find a nicer, safer neighborhood. This is a duplex and there is a kind lady who lives permanently on the other side. The gardens are amazing.

Peaceful retreat in the heart of town
I stayed here for the last three months (Jan to April). Long enough to get to enjoy the beautiful flowers and landscape. It's close to everything and Greensboro, the hospitals, shopping, and restaurants. It's just a stone's throw from downtown and just minutes from Friendly Shopping Center. Inside the rental is exactly as described and pictured. You couldn't hope for a sweeter more accommodating host than the owner Kate.
