Faily new build house in a prime location, quite neighborhood, walk to a park, 3 minutes to a grocery store and a restaurant, a church, huge backyard and a Gazebo etc. Great for family friendly folks looking for a really nice environment, with everything necessity included .
Space
This is a room in my 5 beds home. We have kids who are well behaved and are all in school 8a till 4p.
Spacious, including a shared living room and private bathroom.
Pets? No pets in this house, but dogs are okay with travelers.
No to cats, sorry.

My stayed
This was a very nice and safe place to be at away from home and I was so fortunate to be the only there during my stays lol. The landlord was awesome, even though this was his first time doing this, he made sure my stay was comfortable and that I had what I needed. The place was nice and very well maintained, and nice neighbors too. If I'm ever back in Augusta I would definitely try and rent this again.
