Do not rent here unless you are prepared for serious habitability, cleanliness, and deposit problems. This is based on my own experience, and I have already filed a limited civil case against these two landlords in Moreno Valley Courthouse. Before I paid, they made many promises about maintenance, supplies, and biweekly cleaning. After I moved in on January 26, 2026, the reality was very different. The house was old, dirty, and poorly maintained. I repeatedly saw cockroaches and other insects, and the first-floor bathroom had a persistent mold-like odor. The promised cleaning was not consistently done. The worst issue was the air-conditioning system, which made recurring abnormal mechanical noise at night and seriously affected my sleep. I reported it multiple times, but no effective repair was made. There were also safety and rent-charge issues. I moved out on March 12, 2026.
