Do not rent here unless you are prepared to deal with serious habitability, cleanliness, and deposit problems

Do not rent here unless you are prepared for serious habitability, cleanliness, and deposit problems. This is based on my own experience, and I have already filed a limited civil case against these two landlords in Moreno Valley Courthouse. Before I paid, they made many promises about maintenance, supplies, and biweekly cleaning. After I moved in on January 26, 2026, the reality was very different. The house was old, dirty, and poorly maintained. I repeatedly saw cockroaches and other insects, and the first-floor bathroom had a persistent mold-like odor. The promised cleaning was not consistently done. The worst issue was the air-conditioning system, which made recurring abnormal mechanical noise at night and seriously affected my sleep. I reported it multiple times, but no effective repair was made. There were also safety and rent-charge issues. I moved out on March 12, 2026. Afterward, they failed to promptly return my $900 deposit and raised disputed issues instead.Be very cautious
