This studio apartment is in the basement of our home. There is a half bath in the basement for your exclusive use, and a full bath upstairs for you as well. (We have our own master bath.) It has a full size bed, two dressers, kitchen table and chair, Smart tv, loveseat, coffee table, microwave and refrigerator. There is a screened in porch out back for when the weather is nice. Washer and dryer are in the basement as well....
Neighborhood overview
We live in a nice residential neighborhood where many people can be seen out walking. Access to highway 65 is just two blocks away and very convenient. Walmart, Aldi, and several grocery stores are very close by.

Great room!
I’m a travel nurse and having a quiet space to my own when I’m off is very important to me. Staying here gave me plenty of room to have all the things I bring with me, it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and the owners are wonderful! It’s quiet, clean, and safe, all the boxes checked off! I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again! Highly recommend this room rental, you won’t regret it!
