The house was in need of repairs. The screen door on the porch could not close. While the screen door at the back was literally off its hinges. The ceiling inside the house had the dry wall peeling off to the point where you could reach up and pull on it. The fridge door randomly opens on its own. I had to use a case of water to lean against the door to keep it close. The apartment would smell like cigarettes and Marijuana (that would be from the neighbors). One night I was awaken by the sound of water dripping from the ceiling unto the floor. Also the washer and dryer uses coins which was an inconvenience for me to try and get coins so i could wash my clothes.I stayed there as long as it took me to find more suitable and habitable accommodations. She also kept my deposit after all that I went through living there. On the premise that Its for the remainder of the month of August. Even though I left before 30dys was up and i would have already paid for 30dys.
