Front porch is extremely nice in the morning and evening. You feel tucked away with a well designed front yard planting.

Large patio with dining and lounging seating, as well as a nice BBQ.

Chickens can be self contained in their ridiculously large and luxurious coop, built as a passion project during Covid.

A cozy retreat!

Kathy was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our small family felt right at home here. The house is warm and inviting with plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The primary bedroom was especially comfortable, with plenty of closet space, and the big jetted tub was probably my favorite feature of the house. The backyard also feels like its own little haven, complete with the sweetest, friendliest chickens. Those fresh eggs every day were delightful. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and the location made it easy to get just about anywhere we wanted to go in the Portland area while still having a peaceful place to come home to at the end of the day. We had such a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend Kathy's home to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful retreat in Portland with the kindest host!

Perfect for my family

Kathy's home was perfect for me, my wife, two young kids and 2 dogs for 2 months while we were getting work done on our home. The house has everything you would need including a nice, large back yard for kids and dogs to roam free. We loved staying here. It ended up feeling like a vacation. And, it's very close to the Lifetime gym which is a huge bonus. Highly recommended!
