ONLY renting to females. The apartment complex looks like a resort with many trees, lawn and plants. We're secluded with only a creek on the other side of the road and only condominium units are to the side of us. My apartment is steps away from the pool and hot tub, workout gym, dry sauna and picnic grounds. The property is not gated, but there is a security guard that comes by 4 times a night.
