Although the inside is beautiful with wide plank wood floors, the best part of our home is the backyard. Built in bbq, 5 person spa new in 2025, large areas for games and amazing views looking north towards Monterey. We have a large waterfall that attracts many different birds and deer! Dining table for 8 and a fire pit surrounded by sofa and chairs. Just sit and relax while watching soaring birds.

Our one level home was built in 2023 with beautiful views from every room. The chef owner has equipped the kitchen with everything you need. The dining area, half bath and laundry room are off the kitchen. Next is a large great room with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, 65 tv and quality furniture. An easy 20 minute walk takes you to the City Park which is surrounded by restaurants, wineries, breweries and boutique shops. More Than a Vacation-The Home That Helped Us Choose Paso Robles
When my wife and I decided to spend a month in Paso Robles to see if the Central Coast was where we wanted to retire, we couldn't have chosen a better home. Every morning we watched the sunrise over the hills while enjoying coffee, the peaceful water feature, hummingbirds, and local wildlife. Evenings often ended with deer stopping by for a drink. The home was beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. John and Barbara have anticipated every detail to make guests feel welcome. We enjoyed cooking, relaxing in the hot tub after workouts, and walking to the Saturday Farmers Market. Our goal was to experience Paso Robles as future residents, not tourists. By the end of our stay, we had hired a realtor to begin our home search. This home didn't just make our trip memorable it helped us decide where we want to spend the next chapter of our lives.
