This is a private home but the living room, kitchen, and bathroom will be shared spaces. We work a lot and are gone most of the day for work and school. We have 2 dogs and a cat and while theyre very people friendly it is worth noting they shed and will be inside during the day. Space heaters and fans are available upon request as well as curtains and sun blocking shades. Any additional information can be provided as requested.
