Perfect studio near everything!

This is the perfect space for a solo traveler. Christine and Matt are exceptional hosts, and the space is in a great location. You're about a mile walk from the beach or downtown. All the sidewalks are well maintained, but there are also bike lines and ample parking everywhere if you'd rather bike or drive. Several coffee shops, markets, and restaurants are also within a brief walk. I was working at VCMC, and the hospital is only a five minute drive away. You're a short distance away from several parks, and the farthest I went on a routine basis was Oxnard which was only 10-15 minutes. The space was clean and well stocked too, truly the gold standard. There are pots and pans, utensils, actual cleaning supplies, dish and hand soaps, and many other kitchen accessories. They have several recommendations available for you as well for things to do and places to eat in the area. It was the perfect space for me while traveling alone. I truly can't recommend the space, and its hosts, enough!
