Cozy Private Studio close to downtown

This is a charming comfy studio that is just right for a single occupant. The on site laundry is very handy. The bed is comfortable. The studio is clean and up to date. It's very conveient to downtown, CMU, St Mary's, and the business loop makes it easy to jump on the highway and head to local attractions like the Mesa and Monument. There is a private little patio set up and hammock that I didn't get enjoy. I love the privacy and the ample amount of light when arriving "home" at nite. Cris, the landlord, is incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns. I would stay longer if Cris hadn't altready booked his place in May. I can't say enough nice things about him, his mom Kay who lives in the front unit and his wife Portia, his wife whom I had the pleasure of meeting. seemed very nice. Cris, thanks for being and awesome landlord!
