Couldn't have asked for a better place

I had to move to Lynn on short notice for work. No time to look around at places. I got incredibly lucky I came across this listing. The house had absolutely everything we needed. Beyond that, the neighborhood is very nice. There's a lake and pickle ball courts about 2 blocks away, the neighbors are friendly and there's lots of kids playing in the street. It's a secluded, dead end street that's quiet at night yet not too far from the main roads. There truly wasn't anything else I could've asked for. We had a minor issue with the hot water as it seemed a faulty part may have been installed recently. This was NOT a lack of maintenance, quite the opposite actually as the heater was brand new. Within an hour of notifying Danielle of the issue, there was a plumber at our door who was able to help us out and get the hot water back. I mention this as I want to highlight Danielle's commitment to making sure we had the best experience possible.
