Peaceful & Safe
I had a wonderful 3 month stay and would 10/10 recommend this place. The place felt safe (especially as a female living alone). The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and quiet with hiking nearby. There is plenty street parking. The location was very convenient right off Pali Highway which goes straight into town. The unit is very well maintained and basically brand new. The landlords live upstairs and their bedroom is above you so there are quiet hours. The only noise I ever really heard was some footsteps. The AC worked well but I rarely had to use it. Because of the elevation, it stays pretty cool. The outdoor washer and dryer worked great as well. I worked night shift a lot and was able to sleep easily during the day. Just FYI, there aren't blackout curtains but I think it would be doable to put some up.
