Derek and Laura are everything you could want in a landlord and their rooms for rent everything that you need in a short term stay. If you want to talk and be friendly with your landlords, they will hang and joke with you. If you want a landlord that respects your space and time, they will happily support you from afar. Even though they are opening their home and their life to us, it seemed to me that they lived to accomodate the comfort and schedule of their tenants. In regards to the space and the home, it's modern. It's clean. It's comfortable. There's a nice in unit washer and dryer. A brand new refrigerator and a coffee corner. One stand out amenity is that Derek supplied filtered drinking water so that I didn't have to drink tap water. I was fully ready to do it, but I'm grateful to them that I didn't have to. Thank you, you two!

Great Stay

The Alfaros were super friendly and nice my entire stay. The experience living with others was great and the room was very nice and clean. They also returned my deposit the same day that I moved out. 100% would stay again
