Nice yard nice views and nice house. The sun sets are incredible, spacious 70,000 square foot lot , all real nice neighbors , six homes in this area. I keep the driveway clean of snow in winter so access is always good, I keep the house in a clean condition and straightened up !

Awesome host Amazing home
John has a beautiful, spacious home . The guest rooms are comfortable with views of Potters Marsh, Mt Susitna, the bay, Fire Island and where the Aleutian and Alaskan mountain ranges meet and Mt Spur. He keeps the whole place clean and uncluttered, also keeping the outdoor areas well maintained. It is modern, up to date with full amenities. There are options for those who wish to relax outside, including the patio overlooking the Marsh, a seating area on the front porch and a stone fire pit. Very close to hiking trails. John is very attentive to guests comfort and needs.
