Property was fully renovated in to be our winter home in 2024 and no appliance is older that 18 months. Pool was also put in in 2024. There is a fenced in yard for the pets and the pool area is gated separately. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer with a butcher block folding area. Both bedrooms have their own closets, as well as a linen closet in the hall. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Neighborhood overview
Our neighborhood is relatively quiet, but with several restaurants and cafes and at least 2 bars within walking distance. There are several markets, farm markets and grocery stores within a mile, as well as a few clothing stores. We are a 10 minute car ride from downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach center and the Brightline. We are a 25 minute drive to Del Ray Beach.
