This is a cool and very private house on the West Side of Colorado Springs. Its pet friendly and I do not believe in charging pet deposits or fees. The house is a 2-br, 1-ba with vaulted ceilings. There is a privacy-fenced yard and a covered patio. I will screen one potential tenant at a time and the $50 application fee will be refunded in full upon acceptance.
