The basement is like a miniature apartment. It has more amenities than an entire house. There is no kitchen in the basement. The outdoor patio area is peaceful and relaxing with sitting areas with fire pits and a gazebo. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with all homes sitting on acre lots. Huge backyard, with no houses behind us. Wooded area.

Excellent Hosts!
I stayed with Marcus and Tamika for three months while working at the local hospital. I couldn’t ask for better hosts during this time. They were great communicating with me, respected my privacy and made me feel welcome. As far as the apartment itself, it was very comfortable and clean with thoughtful touches throughout. They even got me an air fryer and mini fridge and freezer to help accommodate food storage needs. If I ever work in this area again I would LOVE to stay with them again!
