Enjoy your own personal, oversized room (largest bedroom in house!). Shared bathroom if other room is rented otherwise it's all yours. Bidet attached to toilet. You are welcome to use the downstairs amenities (infrared sauna, cold plunge tub, massage chair). I do have an EV charger that could be used potentially. I do have a Tesla but you are welcome to use when I am at work or when I am out of town (which is frequent).
