I had a really lovely time living here! Karen is a great landlord, she is very responsive and helpful! The apartment is very nice, new kitchen with large granite island, stainless steel appliances. There is a good amount of storage that is supplemented with a storage unit onsite in the basement of the building. Laundry is coin op and onsite, I never had any issues! Having an assigned off street parking spot is hard to find in Burlington. The building its self is quiet with great neighbors. There is onsite trash, recycling and compost! The bathroom is also new with a walk in shower, large sink and mirror with storage, as well as a heater over the shower which is a nice luxury. Big and bright sunny windows in the kitchen and living room. The location can't be beat. 2 blocks up from church street, a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to UVM, 1 mile walk to waterfront park. Popular spots like Wallflower, Willows, Mr Creemee, YMCA, and City Way Grocery are all within the block.
