This is a beautiful, essentially new, very well-maintained and well-managed cottage in a quiet residential neighborhood in Smyrna. The landlord, Charles (Chuck), a retired professional in the construction industry, overlooked no details in making this a well-appointed, beautifully-decorated and comfortable unit. During my two-month stay, I appreciated the feeling of a home while waiting for more permanent housing in the area. Chuck was probably the kindest, friendliest and most responsive landlord I have ever known, responding to texts, emails and phone calls promptly and being willing to accommodate requests. last but not least, this cottage is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard.
