Quiet Home Walking Distance to Hospitals

Amazing!!

This place is an excellent place to stay. The owner makes it really cozy and clean. I had no issues with the stay. The water was great temp and pressure and AC was available for hot days. The owner is so wonderful to work with. She provides access to so much which made the stay even better (parking, utensils, appliances, tv, and cleaning supplies). She is excellent with communication and always reachable via text and responded in a timely manner. I was renting from out of state, so she allowed a local friend to come see the place for me. During my state she even gave me suggestions for restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would if the opportunity arises!

A Gem for Healthcare Travelers

I can't say enough positive things about Vipanee and her place. She has thought of everything you can think of to make someone feel comfortable. The apartment is equipped with AC in every room, any appliance you can think of (including an amazing coffee/espresso maker), washer/dryer, and PARKING. Not only that, but it's close to many major hospital systems, and pretty much all of the best and trendiest neighborhoods in LA. Even though you are close to all major freeway, it's QUIET inside, thanks to the windows and well insulated walls. On top of the amazing apartment and location, you have Vipanee who is extremely amicable and responsive. I can't say enough about how great this place is, and how much of a great landlord Vipanee is. Highly recommended!

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location

Great landlord — professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend her. The location is convenient and close to many well known areas in Los Angles and great restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay here.
