Discrepancy

The landlord was leaving the tenant home at night while intentionally leaving the door unlocked creating an unsafe unsecured and uncomfortable environment. Spoke to her about it and she said she understood and locked the doors in front of the tenant and came back while tenant wasn't looking and UNLOCKED the door again and then left. Tenant got up to check locks again out of curiosity after she left only to find she had snuck and unlocked it again. When tenant spoke to her about she first stated she thought she had only unlocked the bottom lock as the door had 2 locks on it so don't see how that's relevant. Then she said well maybe I went out there for something knowing she absolutely did not. She was set on leaving tenant in an unlocked unsecured environment after being paid the full months rent and deposit all at once. Tenant stated wanting to relocate and landlord stated she would return all monies minus the 5 days tenant was there but when it was time to do so she didn't.
