This unit is located in a family owned and occupied Victorian home. The building is three stories plus a basement. The landlord's family lives on the top two floors, and we typically rent to Xavier students and professionals on the first floor and garden apartment. The building used to be home to a marketing and graphic design firm, and the interior reflects this.

Like space?
If you want a place with plenty of space, high ceilings and an historical feel, you will find it here. It has the most natural light that I have ever experienced with many great big windows. I also liked having washers and dryers in the basement and a newly designed kitchen. In addition you get amazing hosts. They are warm, informative, community members. I was treated to all of the knowledge of the city. They were quick on replying to any requests and fulfilling them. If I ever need to stay in Cincinati again, I would definitely book here.
