Space
I created this space with my mom in mind, hoping she'd move in but she's still not ready. There is a brand new queen size bed, brand new sofa bed, 55 inch tv and a kitchenette. Private entrance. No laundry access (maybe later on) but there is a laundromat right on Tunxis hill about a 4 min drive. All utilities included -(WiFi) ADU is located behind my house - private entrance through backyard.
