Horrible Owner, Even Horrible Place

1. Advertised as thoughtfully furnished. -There are no cleaning supplies whatsoever, no extra sheets, towels, or anything listed on the post. 2. No private garage as advertised. - she won't give access to garage as it's for her personal storage. You can't access the trashcan in the back so you'll have to walk around the block or cut through the neighbors lawns to throw away the trash. 3. No access to amenities. - the HOA does NOT allow short term rentals and she is breaking HOA policies by doing this. She has to grant access and refused to because the HOA will catch her running an illegal short term rental if she gives access to the gym, tennis court, pool, etc. 4. No Mail Access - she will not give you access to a mailbox because she says it's personal. As a tenet, having mailbox access is essential. I didn't know this and my meds were stuck in a mail box for 2 weeks because she was out of town to open it. I suggest staying far away from this place.
