Book it! Bright, Spacious, and well managed Stay

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for a month—5 stars all around. The apartment is very spacious and filled with natural light in every room (living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom), which made a big difference, especially in winter. I also enjoyed getting fresh air on the balcony. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the three full-length mirrors and the bathroom’s ring light mirror. The couch doubles as a pull-out bed, and the apartment is well-equipped for a comfortable stay (W&D). The shower pressure is EXCELLENT, and the mattress is very comfortable. Adam is a fantastic host—responsive and quick to resolve issues (within 24–48 hours). He was also accommodating with luggage storage and an extra night. The neighborhood is generally quiet, though the nearby soccer field can bring occasional noise. Thankfully, two noise machines are provided. Pro tip: Get travel insurance, as missed nights due to emergency delays are non-refundable. All in all, I highly recommend!

Incredible place, incredible landlord!

We stayed here for nine months while I was training for a new job and absolutely loved it. Adam, the landlord, was always responsive and super kind. The apartment was great and it’s right across from a park. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Exceptional Stay in a Stylish, Well-Located DC Apartment

I had a wonderful stay at this stylish one-bedroom apartment in Washington, DC. The space was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully laid out for both comfort and productivity — perfect for longer stays. The dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi made working from “home” easy, and the fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer were huge conveniences. The location in Shaw couldn’t be better — close to the metro, hospitals, universities, grocery stores, and great dining options. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, and everything was exactly as described. I highly recommend this property to anyone needing reliable, comfortable medium-term housing in DC.
