Book it!!!

Rented this space to work remotely for a few months. From Ohio, spent most of my time on the East Coast. This was my longest stretch out West and it exceeded any expectations I had. Ive seen a lot of sunsets. These were the most consistently jaw-dropping of my life. The kind where you plan your day around being there for it. The kitchen and living room face right into them. Wildlife alone is worth the trip. Otters, seals, and bald eagles are regular sightings, not lucky ones. Within a couple hours of snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, the San Juan Islands, Mount Baker, Vancouver, and Seattle. Fair warning: the evening sun heats the house up and finds its way into your eyes. Some days I wore sunglasses inside. Bedrooms were totally fine. Hilary was a great host, super responsive. Her stories and details about the place added something we never wouldve found on our own. Would stay again without hesitation. Highly recommend

What an expierence!

From bald eagles to harbor seals and everything in between! The views are amazing. This was a great stay and Hillary was very responsive and flexible. The property was clean and the kitchen had any cooking tool you could need! Thank you for hosting us.

Peaceful and beautiful

We stayed here in the off season, and honestly, I think it's the best time to experience this place. Western Washington has a quiet magic and this home was the perfect base to enjoy it. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for cooler, slower days. Waking up to misty mornings, sipping coffee while watching the waves and San Juan Islands and ending the day warm and cozy inside felt incredibly relaxing. The space was peaceful and private, yet close enough to explore nearby trails, charming towns, and waterfront views . Even in the rainier months, there was so much to enjoy-long walks, dramatic skies, and that unmistakable Pacific Northwest calm. Those sunsets overlooking the bay are unforgettable. Everything we needed was provided, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds that made it easy to truly unwind. This home turns the quieter months into something special. We left feeling rested, recharged, and already planning our return!
