Our property is located behind a canyon with beautiful trees and native plants. The weather is mainly sunny with a cool breeze. It can get cold at night. Our neighborhood is calm and quiet. We do live near Snapdragon Stadium and during events, it can get busy on the roads. We live close to the trolley station and there is a bike lane in our neighborhood. The unit has a shared wall, you may hear our three dogs from time to time.
