A lovely place in an excellent location!
My partner and I rented this apartment in two separate occasions for a few months each time. We loved living here! The apartment is very well taken care of by the landlord and full of charm. It is filled with light all day long. The furniture is in great condition and all we needed for a very comfortable stay. I love cooking so I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was plenty of space and ventilation in the kitchen to cook anything I wanted. The outdoor space is great too with the lovely little balcony by the kitchen, the bigger balcony on the dining room side, and the backyard. The location is fantastic: just steps away from the botanical garden and just a few minutes from Tower Grove park and Saturday farmers market!
Perfect STL City Retreat
Loved our recent stay here for the holidays in town visiting family! Has all the amenities needed for a comfortable long term stay, with easy street parking on a very quiet block very near Tower Grove Park. A five minute walk to the Garden Glow, playgrounds, and restaurants on The Hill, with easy access to the major freeways. Alan was always responsive and has everything taken care of. Thanks and we'll be back!
