Very rude, unprofessional owner

I had a TERRIBLE experience with owner of this place. The contact listed here is a mediator who informed me that this place isn't available, and offered a different property by the same owner. Based on the photos I was shown, I booked the room. She later connected me with the owner. On arrival I see that the place does not match expectations. On expressing disappointment he cuts me short and says he doesn't want to go back-and-forth about this and will return the rent and security deposit and that I could leave. I find another place and move out the same day. A week goes by and he doesn't reply to my messages. Now he tells me I didn't send him any pictures of the place and that I violated his rules and is REFUSING to return my money. Additionally, I had also asked for a live video tour of the room, which he denied. He is also rude and unprofessional. He has accused me of sending him a fake passport and also of not sending the full rent amount when he hadn't checked his bank statement.
