Kitchen is fully equipped- you are welcome to use it, please clean up after yourself. You get a fridge (possibly shared if another room is rented). You get ample pantry space. At any given time, there can be up to two rooms rented in the house. At this time, there are zero. The house is a spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath. 1 of those bathrooms is in the master bedroom (my room). The other bathroom is the guest bathroom (which is the one for you). Since it's the guest bathroom, it is shared when I have guests over- which is not often. You get a drawer and a cabinet for bathroom storage. This is a family friendly neighborhood, very clean and quiet with a community park and oasis landscapes throughout the neighborhood.
