Private living space with shared kitchen in a charming historic home. Remodeled house built in 1904, on a double lot with a front and back yard. The back yard has many shade trees, plants, rabbits, squirrels, birds and summertime crickets. It is located at the foot of Flagstaff Mountain with trails right behind the house. Nice front and back porch with chairs and tables. The neighborhood has many trees and is very quiet.

SHARED kitchen (fully equipped), dining room, laundry, and back yard. From the front porch there is a separate entrance into a 480 sq ft PRIVATE space (with locking door) which includes a Living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and half bath upstairs and a full bathroom off the living room. My husband and I live in the back of the house.
Neighborhood overview
Located in west, central Boulder at the foot of Flagstaff Mountain with hiking trail just behind the house. Walking distance to the Pearl Street Mall, Ebin G. Fine Park and Boulder creek trails. Quiet with very friendly neighbors.
