Amazing Stay!

I stayed here during a rotation at Valley Children's, and it was a great choice! Raman did a great job being organized and responsive throughout the whole process. The place was very clean and had all the essentials I needed for the month. If I ever had any requests or questions during the stay, Raman always replied very promptly. As a young woman, safety was very important to me, and this neighborhood met all of my expectations. I often went on walks in the afternoon and evening without any concerns! The location was great for the residential feel while still being an acceptable distance to stores, gyms, and restaurants. I would 100% recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Safe, clean, and everything you need

Raman was a great host who provides a clean and thoroughly prepared studio apartment style ADU in a very safe neighborhood. The place was exactly as advertised, and Raman is very thorough about providing written documents regarding to your stay, is responsive, and is accommodating to any requests. The place was great to come home to and study while on my medical rotation.

I stayed at this rental during my short pharmacy rotation at Fresno Community Hospital, and it was an excellent experience. The place was very comfortable and relaxing perfect for unwinding after long days at the hospital. I especially appreciated that it was pet-free, as I have severe pet allergies. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and welcoming. The landlord was very thoughtful and provided great accommodations, including an air fryer, which I used often. The convenience of the location made my rotation much easier it was close to restaurants, shopping centers, and just a short drive from Yosemite National Park, which I was happy to visit on my days off. Overall, I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Madera!
